REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Narang Timepieces, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and transparent policies.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not entered processing or manufacturing.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and in original condition

• Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

• Proof of purchase must be provided

Products that are custom-made, engraved, or made-to-order may not be eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is identified.

Refunds
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return or refund.
