Our website is intended for customers purchasing within India only. By using this website, you confirm that all information provided by you is accurate and complete. Misuse of the website, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms may result in refusal of service.

Narang Timepieces offers carefully curated watches sourced from select overseas manufacturers. Product images, descriptions, specifications, and prices are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations in color, finish, or packaging may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or manufacturer updates.

 

 

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Payment methods accepted:

    • UPI

    • Credit & Debit Cards

    • Net Banking

    • Wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

 

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • All watches are sourced internationally and undergo quality checks and repackaging before dispatch.

  • Estimated delivery time is approximately 15–20 days from order confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, logistics issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Narang Timepieces shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure events, customs authorities, or courier partners.

 

 

6. Order Cancellation

Order cancellations are not allowed once an order is placed.
If you have concerns or exceptional circumstances, you may contact us at info@narangtimepieces.com, and we will review the request at our discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.

 

 

7. Returns, Defects & Refunds

All sales are considered final.

However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us at info@narangtimepieces.comwithin a reasonable time after delivery, along with:

  • Order details

  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue

Each case will be reviewed individually.

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds (if any) will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • Refund processing time: 10–14 working days after approval.

Returns or refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Water damage

  • Improper use or mishandling

 

 

8. Warranty

All watches sold by Narang Timepieces come with a limited 1-year warranty, covering manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical or accidental damage

  • Water damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, or unauthorized repairs

Warranty claims must be initiated by contacting info@narangtimepieces.com with proof of purchase.

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Narang Timepieces shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss arising from misuse of the product

  • Delays in delivery beyond our control

Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, branding, and design—is the intellectual property of NARANG TIMEPIECES and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

 

 

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Indian law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.

Narang Timepieces reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
